We stopped her by chance during some travels up north. I had the fried chicken and my hubby had shrimp and cheesy grits. DELICIOUS! We also had a chance to meet the owners. Very friendly and great conversation! And......They will cater in Columbus!
Definitely worth the trip if you have some drive time!

My sister and I meet once a month for lunch and are always looking for a different place to eat. Attaboys was the choice this month. We loved it as soon as we walked in! The building is beautifully redone and had a great feeling.
We ordered fried chicken and the southern grits. Both were good. My sister asked for chicken thighs but got two breast pieces. The chicken thighs would have worked better and wouldn't have dried out as much but they had good flavor.
The grits needed more flavor. They would have benefited from being cooked with a bit more salt and maybe even half and half with butter instead of water. I'm just really picky about my grits though.
I can hardly wait to come back with my "foodie" friends and try more items! -

We were looking for a local eatery on a Sunday in Marion and found this gem in downtown. First impression walking in was it is freezing but very homey. Other than needing a jacket we were looking forward to dining.
I have many allergies and struggle with finding menu items I can safely eat. Attaboys offers a couple of salads but I opted for a side baked potato for $3.50. It was substantial and I could have added cheese and bacon at no additional cost. Thumbs up from me with just butter and sour cream.
We ordered the fried chicken 9.99, BBQ pulled pork Sammy $11.95, grilled chicken wrap $8.95, and the chicken and waffle sandwich $9.95. Everything was wonderful and enjoyed by the dinner guests.
Food portions are generous and people took leftovers home. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. I would suggest turning the mirror to face the sink in the women's restroom, as it is a bit awkward using the loo with a full sized mirror facing you to the side.
Will we go back? Yes, if we are in Marion we will head downtown for some home-cooked Southern comfort -

Service was amazing!!! The food was hot and cooked throughout!! I got the pick three appetizers, fried pickles, green tomatoes and onion rings!! I've never had fried green tomatoes with a thicker batter I wasn't a fan but the batter itself was delicious!! The pickles and onion rings were delicious!!! Their ranch isn't bad either not home made but great with the food.
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting real food that isn't made and waiting on you to order. Fresh tasting and did I mention how CLEAN this place is!! I will definitely be back. -
